An original German WW2 small early field gear rarity. A TEXTBOOK M31 first model early Wehrmacht field combat canteen "Feldflasche31". This canteen has an aluminum drinking bottle and lid (still including the red rubber washer). The wool cover has still the early standard high class brass snap on buttons. Strapping has aluminum clip on hook. Maker marked and 1935 year dated with H.R.E.35 on flask, screw lid, strapping and wool cover! The canteen is soldier name ID-ed with sewn on name tag to a soldier named "Luft". I have also on separate eBay auctions the matching early 1936 M31 bread bag and early EM service leather belt! -I send via registered Airmail.
