This is a rare 'Straight Line' KA-BAR. the blade shows evidence of significant use and has areas of pitting and evidence of poor attempts at sharpening-see pictures. There is minimal movement of the guard, the guard is stamped KABAR on one side and USN on the other. The 2 leather rings below the pommel appear to be a repair and are not original to the knife- see pictures. The rest of the handle feels firm. Take a look at the pictures and make up your own mind as to condition. There is no sheath.
