antique WWII original us WW2 m 1 carbine stock inland very good condition , not dinged up oil stained or messed with it looks like it might have been lightly sanded many years ago , as the ordnance wheel cartouche is only about 1/2 visible {see the photos } it has a deeply struck 'P' marking on the pistol grip original USGI walnut stock marked O I in the sling well / cutout meaning it was manufactured by Overton lumber for Inland manufacturing co . -- ----these were used on all inland made carbines , {except of course the folding stock paratrooper model } a nice chunk of REAL WW2 USGI 30 cal carbine wood ! a must have if you have a mismatched inland carbine , or use it for any US made W.W.2 era 30 cal CARBINE you will also get the barrel band SPRING and the recoil lug nut the other stock parts { hand guard , but plate and sling } will be listed separately
