Up for sale is this WWII M1 Garand bayonet. It is in great shape and there is little or no rust or pitting. A few small dings on the guard. These were manufactured without a year date from early 1943 to late 1945. That being said this one is an H heat lot and is stamped on the bottom of the handle which indicates it is made early in that range likely 1943, as only the very beginning of that year did they stamp the year on the blade. It has great historical character and is a piece of history. There is still a good amount of cosmolene on the knife and I am sure inside of the handle. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have I will do my best to answer them.There is no scabbard this is just the bayonet you are buying. Thanks a ton
