Original, Modern War Painting "MEMPHIS BELLE" Size - 27 x 35 Cms. The collage-style arrangement of images is designed to recall the career of the "Memphis Belle", a B-17F bomber and its' crew of young airmen who flew 30 bombing missions over enemy territory and which featured in a major movie in 1990. Painted on heavy watercolour paper the picture just requires mounting and framing to make quite a dramatic statement for any WW2 or flying enthusiast. I am the artist and much of my work is sold through internet galleries including www./artist/graham_pope & /GrahamPope based in London & Los Angeles but in these times when money is tight, I am selling some paintings on ebay, giving buyers the chance to make big savings on original art.
