This is a pair of World War Two US Army Air Corps / USAAF officer collar insignia. These are vintage, WW2, clutchback, collar brass Branch Of Service officer's insignia. They are in good shape. These are the 1940's / WW2 clutch-pin-backs that commissioned officers wore on their dress (class "A") uniform jackets during WWII. The US Army Air Forces officers would wear the pair of AAF / AAC Branch Of Service BOS winged propellor pins on their uniforms: (The enlisted men did it differently, they wore the "U.S." and Branch of Service devices on the upper lapels, with the DUI's DI's Crests on the lower lapels. The OFFICERS wore THESE, they wore the "U.S." pins above, and the WINGED PROP BADGES like THESE, BELOW!) These are aged and old and vintage, but are in good shape. They have the neat "snowflake" variation pattern on the back, the snow flake pattern was really only used in the late 1930's to WW2 era. They are not hallmarked, which is fine, since you know that they were made BEFORE the 1950's when the alpha-numeric hallmarks began! They are ready to use and wear, or to display, right now. These WWII collar dogs / collar pins would be worn on the ike jacket, or the Army Officer Service Jacket/ Tunic/Coat/Uniform.
