This is the second model egg with the carrying ring on the bottom. If you are looking for an accurate reproduction, this is the best one currently available. We reproduced every detail down to the shape and curvature of the body and positioning of seams. It is painted ordinance tan like many original eggs. The fuse unscrews from the body but the pull ball does not unscrew from the fuse. The fuse is the first pattern egg fuse which just used a square nut rather than the wing nut. We don't keep these in stock all the time; just when we have some time to put them together.
