WWII 1943 ALASKA POLAR BEAR PATCH & BLUE STAR Up for auction are 5 Alaska polar bear patches representing the U. S. Army Department patch for Alaska in 1943. Each is approximately 2 5/8" in diameter and in great condition. Also included is a wool/felt blue star about 3¼" in diameter. Don't know its purpose or if it's affiliated with the bears, but it came with them. The photo shows a little darkening on a couple of the bears, but in reality they are really all very close color-wise, and look to be unused. E-mail with any questions. USA BIDDERS ONLY. Multiple purchases may combine shipping. U. S. Postal Service First Class Mail shipping flat rate $3.50 to lower 48 States with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is highly recommended, but is extra and at the buyer's choice. PayPal payment preferred, or I accept Cashiers Check or Money Order.
