This is an old binder with US military patches from the Vietnam era and WWII glued to black construction type paper inside plastic sleeves. Looks like they used some sort of double sided tape or a glue stick, but from age most are loose and easy to get off the paper. Some patches are loose, the plastic is brittle, broken, torn. Looks like some patches have been lost along the way. There are 5 pins see pictures. One reads "Je Maintien Devari", one reads "Labore Et Honore", one read "Fiat Lux" the other two don't say anything. There is a WWI metal mirror in it's original case. The case is torn on one side and the lettering has faded away, but the snap still works. The metal mirror is in very good condition considering it's age. At the top is stamped " Reg. U.S. Militalic Pat. Off." on one side and the other side is stamped "Defiance Check Writer Corp. Rochester, N.Y.. U.S.A.". There is also a "Military Achievement" medal and ribbons in their original box. US Shipping Only
