If you were watching this before,. My apologies. I tried to reduce the buy it now and it went to a no reserve auction by mistake. I have reduced this to a bargain price. This auction is for an unissued (?) Coast Guard Commissioning Pennant / Flag from WWII era. Wool construction. 13 printed stars. . Pennant is app. 67" long X 3" wide and in good condition for its age with 2 or 3 moth nip areas ., T is some bleeding from the blue stars and from the red stripes Still an excellent display item from the era. Black light tested for authenticity. Hoist is unmarked". This is the first time I have come across what seems to be a #6 pennant. #6 specs call for 72" and I feel that has shrunk somewhat in size and tfore was probably used on a ship. You usually only see #7s at auction.Three day inspection. Guaranteed authentic. Paypal or personal check accepted. Buyer to pay shipping.
