An original pair of German WWII "Rabbit Ear" Field Binoculars , manufacured by C.P. Goerz, Berlin . Complete, in Excellent overall condition. Optics are clear, range finder/scale is present (I tried to photograph, with no success). No fungus, mildew, fogging or other issues. Easily 95% of original textured green/grey/blue "Feldgrau" paint remains. Bakelite eyecups are intact, right one has minor split w inner brass threaded ring is molded to it. Nothing missing, replaced, repaired, modified or refinished. Has glass vial "level" and liquid is still inside. Marked to top (Left) C.P. GOERZ, BERLIN ; S.F. 14G Felda; 10103; (Right) Klemme Losen Bevor Arme bewegt werden. T is a number "483919" on the lower part of the left barrel. Aside from the numeric scales on the adjusters, I could find no other markings. Barrels are steel, and t are other non-magnetic components (painted, but most likely brass). All moving parts are free (but not loose) and function as they should. Barrels are about 16" in length, large lenses are a little larger than 2" in diameter. Not cleaned or tampered with in any way. I am not that familiar with these, so if you have a specific question, please ask. Weight is nearly 12 pounds. Not dated that I could notice, nor could I find any Waffen-Amts. An American G.I.
