Up for bid is an Officer's Sword, early 30's, WKC with the large knight's head hall mark. It comes with the original sword hanger and sword knot. The blade is flawless with no nicks nor rust. The grip is excellent and all the twisted brass wire is intact. No damage to the plastic covering of the grip. The scabbard was painted with some heavy black paint at one time and has two light dents 3/4 of the way up to the grip. The jpgs show the chips to the paint. This is not an Ordinance sword because the markings are not on the upper part of the scabbard and two screws secure the throat in place. Blade has never been sharpened, and has a beautiful gleam to it. PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION & LOOK AT PICTURE CAREFULLY.
