This is a very nice airplane model of the Cruver Curtiss SO3C Seamew of WWII. This is a beautiful, complex model in great condition, very straight, the wings are solid. Cast in a scale of 1/72. Wingspan measures 6 1/4" with a length of 6". Markings on the bottom of the fuselage (under the float) states: U.S.N. SO3C (the '3 C' is light, but readable). The Cruver circle c logo is located on the underwing with a cast date of 3-43. This model was rennovated by Mark Eaton who repaired the wing floats and painted the model.. The model is stable, no vinegar smell, soft spots. As I've said in earlier listings, Mark is willing to help any of you that have ID models needed 'help'.. his email address is: .
