This item is INERT . It can never be made into a live item - It has been rendered incapable of being made live again by it's innt construction of having a hole in the bottom and the fuze is discharged. It is also filled with an inert substance which prevents it from being reactivated. This is being sold for it's collectable value only. As such, this auction is not a "prohibited item" and conforms to your user agreement. Good condition. On a picture you can observe this item right after deactivation.
