My nearly 97 year old grandfather had these World War II Ration Books 1 through 4 in the attic. All the ration books are from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Book 1 has 3 stamps remaining was issued to Carrie Maria Wolcott and has a registration number of 318969-216. Book 2 has no stamps, was issued to Julia Louise Claus and is numbered 553927. Book 3 has 3 full pages of stamps, one page short 1 stamp and 1 page with 4 remaining stamps. Book 3 is numbered 993994 & was issued to Dorothea R. Wolcott. Book 4 has one full pageand 5 partial pages of stamps & was also issued Dorothea K. Wolcott. It is numbered 396763. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions.
