Offered is another lot from the estate of William Leahey who served aboard the flagship Ingham. The Ingham was a U.S. Coast Guard Cutter and was the flagship during the rescue of Bataan. Lot includes 1944 dated "Survival On Land and Sea" book, 187 pages and in very good condition. One 1944 dated "American Air Almanac'. It does have some soiling on cover but pages are excellent. One Christmas card from the captain of the ship listing all names and ranks of sailors aboard. It was for the Christmas of 1945. Also are 11 photos taken aboard the Ingham during the war. Also are 18 snap shots of the US fleet in what looks like Hong Kong China. A couple are nice clear photos of US Hospital ships. Some are on shore and near shore. Really some amazing pictures ! TERMS: 5 day, NO RESERVE!!! Continental USA bidders ONLY please. High bidder includes a flat rate of $6 for shipping/handling. Satisfaction guarenteed or your money back. Keep an eye on my future auctions for more items and photos from this sailors estate. Thanks for looking!
