WWII Box of RED OPA Ration Tokens WWII Box of red OPA Ration Tokens. OPA (Office of Price Administration) tokens and master box. Box and tokens are in excellant + condition. OPAs were used by retailers to give change back for food bought with ration stamps . They are vulcanized fiber or celluloid and measure approx. 5/8 inches diameter. They were made in red and blue. All the tokens in this listing are red and in new condition. I didn't count them but I expect that this is the full box of 250 tokens. Feel free to make offers.
