Four 19th Century Russian Saucers Item description Saucer 1 - Top right photo 1, photo 2 The saucer with moulded centre and deep red ground the border painted with a spray of flowers and a gold leaf. Saucer 2 - Bottom right photo 1, photo 3 The saucer painted with sprays of flowers in colours against lily petals on a rust ground, the moulded scrollwork to the rim picked out in gold. Saucer 3 - Top right photo 1, photo 4 The saucer of blue porcelain with a blue ground and the panels painted with rustic landscapes and gold leaves and a gold decorative rim. Saucer 4 - Top left photo 1, photo 5 The saucer of blue porcelain with a blue ground and the panels painted with landscapes and gold leaves with pink blossoms. Marks Saucer 1: Mark for Kuznetsov in blue. Saucer 2: Mark for Gardner in red. Saucer 3: Barmina impressed Condition Saucer 1: Wear to the gold rim and centre. No other damage or restoration. Saucer 2: Wear to the gold centre. No other damage or restoration. Saucer 3: 2 chips to reverse rim. 1 hairline to the rim 2.5cm. Wear to the blue ground and gold. No other damage or restoration. Saucer 4: 1 chip to the front rim. 1 chip to reverse rim. 3 small chips to the footrim. Wear to the blue ground and the gold leaves. No other damage or restoration.
