FREE SHIPPING! This auction is for 4 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic. They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. These buttons have a wonderful 3-D quality and realistic look. They have an illusion of depth and a luminous glow from reverse because they are back painted under a thick layer of glass. The paint is shimmery pearlescent light pink with deeper rose pink accents. There is a high shine gold finish on the front. Each measures approx. 35mm (1 3/8") wide and has a glass shank. They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!! We specialize in limited edition Czech buttons.
