Up for auction is a beautiful Vintage Yamaha CR-800 Stereo Receiver in Excellent physical and operational condition. This unit has been serviced- switches cleaned, tuner aligned and generally cleaned up. It looks great- the only thing I can see is a couple of small dings along the upper front edge on the walnut cabinet,and they are not very noticible. It functions perfectly! All controls operate smoothly and noislessly, all lights function, the tuner knob glides smoothly thru all the stations-Very Nice! This unit is no slouch on power either with 45 watts per channel of REAL power to an 8ohm load and 50 watts per channel to a 4ohm load. The unit has 4 AC outlets on the rear to handle several pieces of equipment-2 switched and 2 unswitched. This unit is wrapped with an anti-static layer of bubble wrap and a layer of large bubble wrap. It has also been double boxed for safe shipment to you. Included is a copy of the service manual( I could not get a copy of the owner's manual).This unit is 38lbs. boxed-no lightweight. I don't think you will be disappointed.
