Attached to the cymbal stand just below the felts, it prevents the pad rotating when struck. Without this part the pad moves around and the cables get tangled up. Fits Yamaha cymbal pads including: PCY130, PCY130S, PCY130SC and PCY150S. Used but still in excellent condition and full working order. Was used at home only, there is some slight marks and scratches as on the pictures below. The Item can be collected
