Well used there are significant scrapes and knocks, which I've tried to capture, if your after a pristine example this is not for you. However, wehere it matters this guitar is spot on, nice low action, very little fret wear, well balanced and with a very pleasing tone. Its small wonder that these guitars have such a good reputation in their price bracket. There's no case but the guitar will be very well packed and securely shipped.
