Yamaha S80 88 Weighted, Graded Keys Synthesizer for sale. (Not to be confused with the lesser Yamaha S08). If you want a piano feel on a synthesizer, this it. The keyboard is in really good working shape. There are a few nicks on the ends. The worse purely aesthetic blemish is shown in the 8th picture. The veneer on the front left side is worn off. It is scratched on the front right side in the same position. It was in a rack in a music store for quite awhile. But that also means it was not used much at all. I played this for hours to complete enjoyment. It is too big to fit in my car without putting the back seat down. It is quite heavy at 53.8 pounds. At this price, there is nothing new that can be purchased with the same feel in the graded weighted keys. It is the predecessor of the current S90 series. These are the top end performance synths from Yamaha. All keys, wheels and switches work fine. Selling this for just $650 because of the minor cosmetic flaws mentioned (Which can be repaired making this unit look new.) It has the great Yamaha pianos but it also makes a sweet MIDI controller, basically a piano as a MIDI controller.
