YELLOW WARE ~ SEAWEED MOCHA ~ CHILD'S CHAMBER POTA wonderful, clean, crisp example of yellow ware in a rare form, with a blue seaweed band, this otherwise perfect piece has had a fairly serious chunk whacked out of its foot. As you can see in the photos, it displays well, doesn't leak, has no cracks or other chips, has a very nice strap handle, and has some very light, age-appropriate crazing. In many years of collecting antique chamber pots, I have encountered a few full-size yellow ware ones and a few miniatures, but this is the first CHILD size one I've seen with this decoration. It is only about 6 ¾ inches in diameter by just over 4 inches tall, and would make a great addition to your yellow ware/mocha/child-size item collection.Please see photos. Photos are not actual size.
