For sale is a beautiful locket from Avon. It was a representative's demo - part of my purchase from the estate of my former "Avon Lady." It is from the 1970's, in it's box, which is in very good condition. It is from the time when Avon's jewelry came in nice jewelry boxes. It also has a sleeve that identifies it by name and date, however the sleeve is soiled. T in an instructional insert that tells how to put a photo in the locket. In the center of the pierced goldtone locket is a blue cabochon . I am not certain what the stone is, I believe faux Lapis Lazuli - . The outside of the locket has beautifully detailed filigree work, but I assume, machine made. It comes with a 29" chain. See photos of inside and back below. Click on photos for enlargements .
