I have bought items from other sellers that they have graded at Excellent, or better, but ended up being in worse condition (in my opinion). These items I would grade at my lower grade, regardless of how high others grade them. I have items from USA starting with Freak-Out - Bizarre, Verve, Discreet, Zappa, Barking Pumpkin,... - Right through the items that have been released after his death.
