NEW ZEALAND 1931 £3 green watermark W 43 (single) Cowan paper horizontal mesh, used. SG F164. Has light part STAMP DUTY CDS, and also light embossed cancel. Fine colour. FINE STAMP. Hinged stamps are graded according to the following: SM (superb mint, barely a hinge mark to be seen), VFM (very fine mint with light hinge mark), FM (fine mint hinge remainder but not heavy), VGM (very good mint, heavier hinge remainder), GM (good mint, hinge remainder may be large but not too heavy ); superb mint being the lightest with barely a hinge remainder to be seen, with varying degrees of hinge remainders, down to GM which has a heavier/larger hinge remainder but all with original gum; any gum faults i.e. toning, gum creasing, thins etc. will be mentioned in the text. If the hinge remainder is heavy or large I will describe it as mint & will mention any gum faults. All items are described honestly& as accurately as possible, with all faults noted, however if you are not happy when you receive your item please contact us by email or telephone before posting feedback, any problems can always be resolved.Full refunds will be given, if requested, as long as the item/s is returned within 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas customers). & I will send a scan of the reverse if requested.
