ZEIGLER 1965 " Facial Exerciser ". Model Y-4 115 volt, 60 cycle 15 watts, mfg,by ZEIGLER ELECTRONICS, INC. 10 -1/4" by 4" by 7 -1/4" Muscle Stimulation for your face all in a little suitcase! One like it can also be seen on u-tube. It has a key to lock the case it has no instruction booklet. It is in working condition I only sell it as a collectable not for actual use. Inside (second lid) some indented lines from hand unit pushing against lid.
