Super-Rare! Zeus 2000 6-Speed Alloy Freewheel New Old Stock (NOS) 15-17-20-23-26-29 English Thread 1.370" x 24 TPI (Also available in French/Metric thread!) 200 grams lighter than a comparable steel-cog freewheel!!! Includes genuine ZEUS splined freewheel remover tool! (a $35.00 value) The Zeus 2000 is a super-lightweight aluminum-cog freewheel that saves almost a half pound over comparable all-steel freewheels. Climbing an incline steep enough to require a 29T cog is when that weight savings is important! Most alloy freewheels are corncobs, but if your low cog is only a 19T or so you're probably not going to be climbing stuff steep enough to require saving every possible ounce! The freewheel body/mechanism itself is extremely robust and precision manufactured to very tight tolerances- you can feel it when you spin the freewheel in your hand. It is definitely at least "Campy quality" and as such will be perfectly at home on any high-end vintage racer or hand-built touring bike. The Zeus 2000 can be removed with either the 2-prong or the splined-type Zeus removers. As mentioned, a splined remover is included with this freewheel! Made in Spain . If you need replacement cogs for your own Zeus 2000 freewheel or a French/metric-threaded body don't hesitate to contact us here at Everything Bicycles 1959; we have a very limited stock
