This Zippo lighter comes in the case with the paper lifetime guarantee certificate. It was hard to get pictures, but etched in the lighter it says Support Center Kodiak. Base Support Unit Kodiak is the host command for a large installation of the United States Coast Guard located in Kodiak, Alaska. The lighter is used, and does have some very minor surface scratches.....but again - very minor!
