Item info: In this posting we are offering a nice sugar quartz late Archaic to Early Woodland Adena point from Logan Co., Arkansas. It measures 3-1/8 x 1-1/4 x a little over 5/16 inch(es). It comes with a Jeff Baker COA. He graded it 7.5 perhaps due to an ancient 7/16 inch long sliver missing from one edge near the shoulder (see pic) and what looks to be a small, very shallow, new (looks whitish colored) chip on one face at the edge. Neither detracts from the piece much at all as you can see in the pix. Mr. Baker's evaluations are accepted by the AACA and the IAGA. He also gets top marks from one of ebay's own outspoken major sellers of authentic artifacts. If all of that isn't good enough for you best not bid 'cause I don't care to get caught up in authenticator battles and won't pay attention to any of it anyway. We obtained this artifact legally and it is not known to be illegally dug nor grave or ceremony associated.
