Item info: In this posting we are offering a nice sugar quartz late Archaic to Early Woodland Adena point from Logan Co., Arkansas. It measures 3-1/8 x 1-1/4 x a little over 5/16 inch(es). It comes with a Jeff Baker COA. He graded it 7.5 perhaps due to an ancient 7/16 inch long sliver missing from one edge near the shoulder (see pic) and what looks to be a small, very shallow, new (looks whitish colored) chip on one face at the edge. Neither detracts from the piece much at all as you can see in the pix. Mr. Baker's evaluations are accepted by the AACA and the IAGA. He also gets top marks from one of ebay's own outspoken major sellers of authentic artifacts. If all of that isn't good enough for you best not bid 'cause I don't care to get caught up in authenticator battles and won't pay attention to any of it anyway. We obtained this artifact legally and it is not known to be illegally dug nor grave or ceremony associated. Auction details : Please read the description(s) thoroughly and look at the pictures closely. Ask questions before bidding. We offer a 15-day refundable purchase price satisfaction guarantee. The item must be returned at your expense and in exactly the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you. Items we sell are well described and we pay to include photos so potential bidders can be properly informed. It is always best for both parties to not get involved with the hassle and expense of a refund situation if avoidable. Please do not bid if you have any doubts about the purchase. We normally / preferably ship USPS priority / continental U.S. only and will combine items to save you money. Insurance is a buyer option. In the event items can be combined we will contact you soon after auction closing to square away shipping preferences and costs. Please feel free to contact us with shipping concerns you may have. We will pack well but will not be held responsible for items broken or damaged during shipping. Notify us immediately if t is shipping damage and we will be happy to send you the insurance slip if you purchased coverage. We expect the same concerning returns. E-payment is expected within 3 days of auction closing. Paper payment is expected within 7 days of auction closing. Good communication is encouraged. Nonpaying bidders will be reported and the item relisted. Sorry but we do not accept personal checks. Thanx for looking and happy ebaying.
