1950-52 Colber Bubbling Water Tower # 108 Up for sale is a Colber Water Tower # 108, complete with instruction sheet and original box from the early 1950's. As can be seen from the pictures, the tower is better than LN condition. Colber was the company who manufactured for Flyer, a number of like towers for them .Refer to American Flyer #772(same production) As well, they made the same items for their own retail lines, for sale in train stores, department stores etc In the day, department stores were huge vendors of model trains, primarily Lionel and American Flyer. This is a bubbling water tower, and still has the fluid in it. Box has part of an outer flap missing, and small tear in one of the inners. Still a very, very nice box. Continuing to sell high quality Flyer from my collection spanning 59 years! We will ship anywhere, and subsidize shipping. Thanks for Viewing! By way of additional information, the Tower is alluminated by a bulb under the base. The tiny red top cap is missing. Since the Flyer tower is the same, it may be a repro item, or found with some of the parts vendors.
