Neither manufacturer nor I cannot providereplacement parts or exchange for this item. Please note that as nice as Exoto models are, no model is absolutely perfect. I have never seen a perfect model in 35+ years of collecting. If I see something that catches my eye or noticeable, I will mention it. These models being very expensive, I do fully understand your concerns. I do not rate models as one person's opinion can vary vastly from another which can cause problems later (it's too subjective). I'm writing this disclaimer because t's always one person, that's looking for the Holy Grail of perfection (it doesn't exist) and will never be able to fulfill this type of expectations. I have always been extremely careful selecting and inspecting my models for my collection. I have always purchased my models at a retailer (hobby shop), so I can physically see and inspect the model prior to purchase.3. What you see in the photo, will be the model you will be receiving.
