Fine 12 vol Francis PARKMAN'S WORKS Morocco-bound A near fine set of the Works of Francis Parkman, bound in very nice three-quarter crushed brown morocco. Top edges gilt. A few minor nicks and scuffs, but otherwise very clean. The "New Library Edition," in 12 volumes, complete as issued. 8 1/4 x 5 3/4". Numerous illustrations throughout the volumes, including a frontispiece in each, and illustrations by Frederick Remington in the volume on the Oregon Trail. The volumes are: Pioneers of France in the New World The Jesuits in North America La Salle and the Discovery of the Great West The Old Regime in Canada Count Frontenac and New France under Louis XIV A Half Century of Conflict (in two volumes) Montcalm and Wolfe (in two volumes) The Conspiracy of Pontiac & Indian War after the Conquest of Canada (2 vols) The Oregon Trail Affordable Auction Management and Image Hosting Solutions @ inkFrog
