14 3/4� Miniature Antique SUIT OF ARMOR #1 w/Shield+Sword-GERMANY-Knight DIMENSIONS: Assembled approx. 14 3/4� tall x 6 1/2� wide x 5� deep.Shield alone approx. 2 1/2� wide x 3 1/4� tall x 1 1/2� deep. Sword alone approx. 11 3/4� long x 2 1/4� wide x 1/2� deep. Total weight: approx. 1.5 lbs. DESCRIPTION: Antique, miniature suit of armor, including sword and shield. Nickel plated steel. Entirely hand fabricated. Articulated. Highly detailed. Very high quality. Includes original, removable prop (the ends of which are inserted in a bracket concealed inside the breast plate). The helmet, shield and sword are removable. The helmet visor can be be moved up and down. The chin guard has a working hinge and latch -- see photos. Note: we posed the suit of armor with one leg back/one leg forward in the following photos for dramatic effect. The legs can just as easily be posed so that the feet are even if desired. Stamped "Germany". Otherwise unmarked. Maker unknown. Circa early 20th century. CONDITION: Excellent, all original condition. No damages and no significant wear. No restorations. No missing, replaced or non original parts. No dings, dents, bend, breaks, splits, losses, corrosion, significant scratches. No signs of abuse. Very clean, inside and out. Stands easily and securely with no issues. No reserve!
