Offered is this beautiful 19th century Victorian era retractable or mechanical pencil. It is quite fancy. Engraved all over the pencil, and the end has a beautiful green solid agate stone inset. It is 14k gold, and has an inscription on the side. It reads "PRESENTED TO G. STEPHEN, ABERDEEN, MAR. 18th, 1887". I imagine it's from Aberdeen, NJ. T is no lead inside the pencil, but it is in full working condition, and PERFECT. 5" long. A nice addition to your antique pen or pencil collection. As always, offered with no reserve.
