#15 Split Willow Fishing Creel with shoulder harness, Japan #15 Split Willow Fishing Creel with shoulder harness, Japan labeled "#15, Made in Japan, 3 LB" on the bottom solid basket, i cannot find any breaks even around the hole in the lid Looks like pigskin leather on the basket all the stitching is solid, I cannot find a broken stitch large basket measures about 14" x 4" on the bottom about 11" x 5 1/2" at the opening about 8" tall at the back includes what looks like a complete shoulder harness All the leather is solid, leather hinge has a ruler stamped in it, the shoulder harness and a design stamp on the shoulder piece. The only flaw I can find is the leather strap to buckle is torn, see the last picture I will let the new owner fix this flaw.
