A shiny nice early free blown pontiled blackglass "onion" rum bottle from the 1740s Colonial Period with some nice crude natural swirls inside the glass........guaranteed authentic and over 250 years old.......... .Free blown classic "onion"....open pontil scar pushed up into sunken bottom.....crude sheared lip with drippy applied ring collar... olive green blackglass ......7 1/2"tall x 5 3/4"round.....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean bottle. This bottle came out of an old house in Connecticut.
