This is an Original issue of "THE Edinburgh Evening Courant", published in Edinburgh, Scotland & dated "Saturday, February 31, 1784". 4 pages. Size: approx. 11 1/2" by 17". Disbound from volume. Nice Condition, w/some light "rub-wear"; otherwise, o.k. Neatly folded at middle. ....This Edinburgh advertising paper has various news reports--for instance, a lengthy page 2 report on the "House of Commons" + "House of Lords", London--in addition to all its plethora of ads. Nice Engraved Masthead at top of front page. This particular issue has a Really NICE hand-stamped RED Tax stamp at the lower, right-hand corner of the front page + some GREAT illustrated ship ads inside.
