FINE ATTRACTIVE SPANISH CUP HILT RAPIER� A fine cup hilt rapier, 45 inches overall with a 39 inch single fuller blade marked "Clemmens Bach" � Twh quillon span is just under 12 inches. The cup is etched decoratively and the quillon terminals are � nicely turned. A very elegant sword missing its wire wrap on the hilt. This sword type could originate from Spain Italy or Spanish America. The Bach or Boch family were 17th century German sword makers and their blades would have been exported widely. This sword is probably a Victorian copy of a sword C1600. � Likely too long to ship usps to many countries (Australia being one unfortunately) � so check for your specific shipping charges before bidding.
