On out of country shipments I charge the actual quoted price from the post office + expense. On items under 4 pounds can go first class mail,,, over 4 pounds or large size has to go priority mail. On items selling for over $60.00 has to go priority with insurance !!! An accurate quote from the post office on an item will only be quoted after purchase and boxing...!!!!!!
