This auction is for a vintage 1800's Leather Powder Shot Flask with Adjustable Brass Lever Charger in excellent condition. I believe this one could be and looks very similiar to a G. & J.W. Hawksley made in Sheffield England #452 in early catalog but the only marking on the flask is Pat Applied For engraved in the brass collar, the numbers 1 and 1 1/4 engraved in the brass charger adjacent to slots, and 3 Lbs tooled into the leather pouch. The leather pouch is tooled with hanging dead game design on both sides, the leather and stitching are in excellent condition and the brass shows just a bit of discoloration but again in wonderful shape. This is an extremely nice collectible or could be used as is if so desired.
