T he 1810 shipwreck was discovered by treasure salvor Harold Holden while searching for a missing Spanish galleon from the 1715 Plate Fleet. Along with the 1810 wreck, Harold was well known for his recoveries on the 1715 Fleet: a fantastic Gold Reliquary Pendant with chain and a GoldFiligree Pendant in the form of a tryptch frame with opening doors. The lease on the area was held by Mel Fisher's Cobb Coin Company, thus the Certificate of Authenticity* bearing Mel Fisher's seal and signature as President of the Co.
