Up for auction is a vintage partially pre-printed letter from the U.S. Post Office, Washington City. Letter dated 1823. Letter addressed to the publishers of the "Aurora" in Philadelphia concerning mail from them not being picked up "and remains dead in this office"...paper has edge staining and splotching along the bottom edge.................. . ...Paper has edge/corner wear, has age staining and has yellowed/toned from time.$2.00 covers shipping in the USA .
