You see the condition. The whistle does not work and I am selling it for parts. I don't know much about repairs. If you have any questions, let me know.. You do not have to worry about shipping your item safely unless it is run over my a truck. I ship USPS parcel post or FEDEX unless you want a premium shipping selection. Shipping services throw your boxes around even if it is marked fragile.I do consolidate shipment if possible.
