A nice example of an early Victorian fiddle and thread pattern silver salt spoon hallmarked for London 1839 and bearing a makers mark of “MC” for Mary Chawner Of heavy gauge, it weighs 21.8 grams, measures 4 1/4” long and 1” across the widest points of the bowl. The top front of the handle bears an engraved crest. Apart from the usual minor surface scratches to the mirror like finish, it is in excellent crisp and clean condition with no dents, dings, or splits. POST & PACKAGE IS FREE !!
