1844 Antique Book The Danube (with 83 plates) Its History, Scenery, and Topography by William Beattie, M.D. Splendidly Illustrated from sketches taken on the spot, by Abresch and drawn by W.H. Bartlett, esq. Virtue & Co London & New York. This book is in good condition and a presentable copy. Noteable faults: Slight foxing throughout book but this is minimal (see photos). Foxing front and end of book. Scuffing on boards and corners. (See photos). I have described the book as best I can but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Please look at all photos. Length of book - 28cm approx. Width of book - 22cm approx. Please note Postage is £11 the book will be sent by courier. International buyers contact me for cost of postage.
