1880's Sterling Silver Simons Thimble "Fondly Mother

This is a 1880's Sterling Silver Simons Brother Co. Scroll Thimble Engraved "Fondly Mother". In the apex (inside top) is the symbol for Simons Co. It is a shield in the shape of an upside down bell with a script S in the middle. Around it is stamped STERLING SILVER. Around the band are scrolls. It is engraved "Fondly Mother". To the side is the size 9. Below this is a concave beaded design. T are no holes and it is in round. It is 14/16" tall and the diameter of the opening is 10/16". The only thing I ask of the internationally bidders is that they please speak English and can communicate with me. I only speak English.
