8" by 10 1/2" letter dated 1882 From JONES & LAUGHLIN S, AMERICAN IRON WORKS, in Pittsburgh. The illustration at the top is just fantastic- right down to the riverboat and the canoe in the bottom left corner. Paper is creased from its original mailing and is very, very slightly soiled. What a great piece for framing! This document and the other 19th century ephemera we offer are part of a collection we acquired of the business papers of a 19th century business concern in Macon, Georgia.
