Descripti on This is the handdrawn shita-e ( underdrawing ) "TENNYO ( heavenly maiden )". It is the final, definite stage of the design, for the Shichijo Kesa ( Buddhist seven-panel robe or surplice ) by a Buddhist vestment designer.
